Art of Vedas — Authentic Ayurvedic Products
If you are looking for Ayurvedic products that are genuinely traditional in their formulation and preparation, you are in the right place.
Art of Vedas is built on classical Ayurveda, following primary texts including the Ashtanga Hridayam, Sahasrayogam, and Charaka Samhita. Our Thailams are prepared using traditional Sneha Paka Vidhi. Our Kansa tools are hand-cast in genuine bronze. Our herbal supplements, Churnams, Arishtams, Kashayams, and Lehyams follow the same classical preparation standards — held to the same level of quality across the entire range.
The collection covers the full breadth of Ayurvedic care: traditional Thailams and Abhyanga oils, Kansa and copper tools for face, scalp and body rituals, Nasya oils, Ayurvedic skincare, oral care, haircare, single herbs like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Amla and Triphala, and a wide selection of classical formulations.
Used daily by Ayurveda practitioners, Panchakarma centres, and wellness professionals across Europe and equally suited to anyone building a serious Ayurvedic home practice.
Pinda Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic formulation documented in the Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam. This distinctive cooling oil combines four key ingredients -- Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia), Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus), Sarjarasa (Shorea robusta resin), and natural beeswax, processed in pure sesame oil.
Known in Ayurveda for its Sheeta Virya (cooling potency), Pinda Thailam is traditionally valued for balancing Pitta Dosha and creating a cooling, soothing sensory experience on application. The natural beeswax gives this oil its characteristic semi-solid texture at cooler temperatures -- simply warm gently before use. Particularly valued for localised application as part of a calming Ayurvedic self-care ritual.

This luxurious Ayurvedic addition to your skincare routine is made with 100% natural, organic ingredients. Saffron, a prized Ayurvedic ingredient, offers potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, protecting the skin and brightening the complexion. Almond oil, enriched with vitamin E and fatty acids, deeply nourishes and moisturizes, revealing a healthy, youthful glow. Infused with Ayurvedic herbs, this face wash detoxifies, soothes, and purifies, leaving your skin soft, supple, and refreshed.
Triphaladi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic Moordhataila (head oil) documented in Sahasrayogam, formulated with the legendary Triphala trio of Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki at its foundation. This exceptionally comprehensive formulation combines 27 carefully selected herbs including Bhringraj (the "King of Hair"), Neeli (Indigo), Ashwagandha and cooling botanicals like Lotus and Blue Water Lily, all prepared in pure sesame oil using the traditional Sneha Paka Vidhi method.
What sets this Triphaladi Thailam apart is its enhanced formulation. Beyond the classical Triphala base, it includes Neeli (Indigofera tinctoria) traditionally valued for supporting natural hair colour, Ashwagandha for its adaptogenic and stress-relieving properties, and a collection of cooling, Pitta-pacifying herbs that make it ideal for those experiencing scalp sensitivity, excess heat or premature greying.
This tridoshic oil helps restore balance to the scalp environment, supports healthy hair roots and addresses common concerns like dandruff, itching and scalp buildup. Its cooling yet clarifying nature makes it especially beneficial for those with excess Pitta in the head region. Beyond hair wellness, traditional texts note its supportive effects on the sense organs and mental clarity when used regularly for Shiro Abhyanga (head massage).
Ubtan cleanses, exfoliates and brightens the skin in a single application. Unlike conventional cleansers, it is a dry herbal powder with no preservatives, no water and no synthetic binders, mixed fresh before each use and applied directly to the skin.
This formulation follows the classical Mukhalepa tradition described in the Ashtanga Hridayam and Charaka Samhita. Green Gram provides the base exfoliation. Neem and Turmeric address excess sebum and uneven tone. Manjishtha and Khadira support complexion clarity as classical Varnya herbs. Sandalwood and Rose Petals calm and nourish the skin after cleansing.
Each 35g pack provides approximately 15 to 20 applications. Suitable for all skin types. Use as a daily morning cleanser or a short 5-minute mask two to three times per week. Follow with a face oil for a complete Mukha ritual.

A pure copper tongue cleaner with two handles and a wide U-shaped scraping edge to cover the full width of your tongue in a single, steady pass.
Where the single-handle tongue scraper uses a narrower edge for precise, targeted scraping, the double-handle design takes the opposite approach. The wider edge spans the tongue from side to side, and the two-handed grip distributes pressure evenly across the entire surface. One stroke covers what the single handle does in two or three.
Hold one handle in each hand. Place the curved edge at the back of the tongue. Draw it forward in one smooth, controlled movement. The two-point grip keeps the angle consistent and the pressure balanced, there is no tilting, no uneven contact, no need to adjust mid-stroke. For people who prefer a gentler approach or have a sensitive gag reflex, this level of control makes the practice noticeably more comfortable.
Shadbindu Thailam is a classical nasal oil designed for Nasya (nasal drops), delivering 10 carefully selected herbs directly through the nasal passages. This is not a supplement you swallow or a balm you rub on your chest. It is a specialised Nasya oil formulated according to the classical Ayurvedic tradition.
The formulation brings soothing Bhringraj for scalp nourishment, calming Valerian for a sense of mental ease, cooling Licorice for delicate nasal tissues, warming Ginger and Cinnamon for gentle nasal warmth, and nourishing Goat Milk to protect the nasal membranes. This classical formulation is traditionally valued for supporting Nasya ritual practice, a calm and settled mind, and overall head-region wellbeing.
Shadbindu Thailam is one of the most referenced Nasya preparations in classical Ayurvedic literature. Nasya is described in the Ashtanga Hridayam as one of the five primary Panchakarma therapies, and a practice within Dinacharya, the daily Ayurvedic self-care routine.
For external use only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified practitioner before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
Neti is the Ayurvedic practice of rinsing the nasal passages with warm saline water, one of the Shat Kriyas (six purification techniques) described in the classical Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic texts. The Neti Pot is the vessel designed specifically for this practice, and copper is the traditional material of choice.
This is a pure copper Neti Pot, shaped for a comfortable, controlled flow of saline water through one nostril and out the other. The spout fits snugly against the nostril opening to form a seal without pressure. The handle gives you steady control of the angle and flow rate. The capacity is sized for a full nasal rinse one fill per side.
Copper has been used for water vessels in Ayurveda for centuries. The classical texts describe copper as naturally purifying, and the material carries inherent antimicrobial properties that have been well documented. A copper Neti Pot does not just hold the water it contributes to the quality of the rinse itself. This is why copper remains the preferred material for Jala Neti among practitioners, even though plastic and ceramic alternatives exist.
If you already practise Nasya (nasal oil application) with Anu Thailam or Shadbindu Thailam, Jala Neti is the complementary practice. The classical sequence is to rinse first with the Neti Pot, then follow with Nasya oil, clearing the passages before nourishing them. Together, they form the complete Ayurvedic nasal care routine.
This is the same classical Tila Taila that Ayurveda has relied on for thousands of years, now available in the volumes that professional practice demands. Art of Vedas Sesame Oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, offered in 1 litre and 5 litre formats for practitioners, clinics and Panchakarma centres who go through oil at a pace that smaller bottles cannot sustain.
The Charaka Samhita calls sesame oil the foremost among all oils. The Sushruta Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam confirm it as the primary medium for Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Snehana and countless medicated oil preparations. When the classical texts speak of Taila without further qualification, they mean sesame. It carries inherent Ushna Virya (warming potency) and Guru, Snigdha Gunas (heavy, unctuous qualities), making it the classical choice for Vata pacification and the base in which most Thailams are prepared.
Use it for full-body Abhyanga, Shirodhara preparation, Snehana protocols, custom oil blends, or as a daily self-care oil. The 1-litre bottle suits a home practice or smaller clinic; the 5-litre format is designed for busy treatment rooms.

One solid ball of pure copper. Drop it into any glass of water before you go to sleep. By morning, you have Tamra Jal, copper-infused water, prepared the Ayurvedic way.
No copper glass needed. No copper bottle needed. The Copper Energy Ball brings the tradition of Tamra Jal to whatever vessel you already own, a ceramic mug, a glass carafe, an ordinary kitchen glass, a water jug. The copper meets the water. The water rests. That is all it takes.
This is an Art of Vedas original, designed to make the ancient practice of drinking copper water as simple and as portable as possible. One ball, any glass, anywhere.
The Kansa Marma Wand is a pointed-tip massage tool hand-cast from Kansa bronze with an ergonomic hardwood handle. The tapered tip is designed for precise, sustained contact on individual marma points, the vital energy junctions described in the Sushruta Samhita. Where broader Kansa tools cover wide areas of the face or body, the Marma Wand focuses on one point at a time.
Apply a small amount of oil to the area first. Place the tip on the marma point and hold with gentle, steady pressure for 10 to 30 seconds before moving to the next point. Commonly used on the face (Sthapani, Shankha, Apanga), the hands (Talahridaya) and the feet (Kshipra, Gulpha). Clean and dry thoroughly after each use. Store away from moisture.

Sudhabala Thailam is one of Ayurveda's gentlest yet most effective therapeutic oils, referenced in the classical text Sahasrayogam. This beautifully pure formulation features Bala (Sida cordifolia), the renowned "strength-giving" herb, prepared in a nourishing sesame oil base.
The name reveals its essence: Sudha means "pure" or "gentle," while Bala means "strength." This elegant two-ingredient formula delivers the profound benefits of Bala in its purest form, mild enough for daily use by nearly everyone, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Traditionally valued for supporting the nervous system, promoting muscle strength and addressing general weakness, Sudhabala Thailam embodies the Ayurvedic principle that the simplest formulations are often the most powerful.
Sahacharadi Thailam is a classical Ayurvedic oil documented in Ashtanga Hridayam for supporting the lower body. The formulation combines over 30 herbs including the complete Dashamoola (ten roots) and 18 aromatic paste herbs in a pure sesame oil base processed with fresh cow's milk according to traditional Taila Paka Vidhi.
The name derives from its signature ingredient Sahachara (Strobilanthes ciliatus), a herb traditionally valued in Ayurveda for its specific action on Apana Vayu, the vital energy governing the lower body, including the lower back, hips, thighs and legs. This focus on downward-moving energy makes Sahacharadi the specialist oil in Ayurveda for supporting the lower extremities and healthy circulation in the legs.
Prepared in the Kerala Ayurvedic tradition, this warming oil features an aromatic blend of Vetiver, Sandalwood, Cardamom, Indian Madder, Spikenard and Himalayan Cedar. It is used in daily Abhyanga (self-massage) focusing on the lower body, as well as professional Panchakarma practices including Kati Basti (lower back oil pooling), Janu Basti (knee oil pooling) and Pizhichil. Ideal for those seeking traditional support for lower back comfort, leg wellness and healthy circulation.
A set of two handcrafted pure copper eye cups, shaped to fit comfortably over the eye socket for Netra Prakshalana, the Ayurvedic practice of eye cleansing.
The rim of each cup creates a gentle seal around the orbital bone, allowing you to hold a rinse solution in place while you blink softly beneath it. The liquid washes over the surface of the eye, lifting dust, residue, and the accumulated strain of the day. One cup for each eye — you never cross-contaminate.
In Ayurveda, the eyes are governed by Alochaka Pitta, the subtle fire responsible for visual perception. Of all the senses, sight is considered the most Pitta dependent, and therefore the most vulnerable to heat, overuse, and fatigue. Netra Prakshalana is the classical practice designed to cleanse, cool, and restore the eyes as part of your daily or weekly Dinacharya routine.
For anyone who spends long hours on screens, works under artificial light, or lives in dry or dusty environments, this is one of the simplest and most immediate rituals in Ayurveda.
Triphala Vati is the classical tablet form of Triphala, the most widely used formulation in Ayurveda. Each tablet contains the synergistic blend of three fruits: Haritaki, Bibhitaki and Amalaki, combined with supportive digestive herbs and bound into a convenient Vati format as described in the Sharangadhara Samhita.
The Vati format offers precise dosing and easy portability without any preparation. The classical properties remain the same: a Tridoshic Rasayana that supports healthy digestion, gentle elimination and overall tissue nourishment. Suitable for year-round use as part of a daily wellness routine.
Take 1-2 tablets with warm water, preferably before bed or on an empty stomach in the morning. For enhanced effect, take alongside warm water with honey (morning) or warm milk (evening).
This product is a food supplement. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified practitioner before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

Art of Vedas Tri Dosha Massage Oil is a balanced, harmonising Abhyanga blend formulated to suit all three constitutional types: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. While the Vata and Pitta oils are tailored to specific constitutional tendencies, this Tridoshic blend occupies the classical middle ground -- neither too warming nor too cooling, neither too heavy nor too light. It is the practical choice when you are unsure of your constitution, when your preferences shift with the seasons, or when multiple family members share one oil.
The Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam describe Abhyanga (traditional warm oil self-massage) as one of the most important daily practices in Dinacharya, valued for every person regardless of constitution. This oil honours that universal principle with a carefully balanced formulation that nourishes the skin, supports a sense of calm and groundedness, and creates a pleasant, centering aromatic experience. The aromatic profile is warm yet gentle, designed to be agreeable across all constitutional types and seasons.
For external use only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Not a substitute for professional medical advice. Patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Mukhalepa Ubtan is a deep-cleansing face mask for oily, blemish-prone skin. It is a dry herbal powder mixed fresh with water or rose water before each use, with no preservatives, no synthetic binding agents and no conventional mask fillers.
The formulation is based on the Mukhalepa Adhyaya of the Ashtanga Hridayam, the classical Ayurvedic text on skin purification. Multani Mitti absorbs sebum and surface impurities from within the pores. Neem and Tulsi address Kapha imbalances including excess oil and skin buildup. Sandalwood pacifies Pitta and reduces redness. Rose Petals restore softness and luminosity. Turmeric brightens and evens the complexion. Manjistha works on deeper discoloration.
Unlike commercial masks loaded with water and preservatives, this traditional Ubtan activates the moment you mix it. Each application is as potent as the first.
Brahmi Ghritham is the classical ghee preparation of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), the primary Medhya Rasayana of the Ayurvedic tradition. Documented in the Ashtanga Hridayam (Uttarasthana) and Charaka Samhita, this formulation combines 10 carefully selected herbs processed into purified cow's ghee through the traditional Sneha Kalpana method. The ghee carrier reaches the finest channels of the nervous system, delivering Brahmi's cooling, mind-nourishing properties to Majja Dhatu (nervous tissue) with exceptional depth.
Brahmi Ghritham is Tridoshic with a cooling Virya, particularly valued for Pitta-predominant conditions of the mind. Classical texts describe it as Medhya (intellect-nourishing), Rasayana (rejuvenative) and Majja Dhatu Poshaka (nervous tissue-nourishing). It complements the external application of Brahmi Thailam: the Ghritham works through the internal digestive channels, while the Thailam works through the scalp and transdermal route.
Take 1-3g daily on an empty stomach, warmed to liquid consistency, with warm water, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
This product is a food supplement. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a qualified practitioner before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
